Jackie Vandertuin MSc, CAT(C) is a certified Athletic Therapist, student yoga therapist and professor of Athletic Therapy. Her journey in yoga began as a means to exercise, but became the healing modality in a time of anxiety and depression. Yoga did and continues to be her rock against the mental Goliath's.
